Does my Gazebo or Pergola need to go on a base?
Yes, all gazebos / pergolas need to sit on a sturdy, even surface. This could be a concrete base or paving slabs.
How is the Gazebo or Pergola delivered?
Once your order is confirmed, we begin manufacturing your gazebo / pergola. Before delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. The building will be delivered via a 26-ton HIAB vehicle, which will crane the cabin package off the truck and place it as close to your property as possible.
If you anticipate any access issues at your delivery address, please inform us when placing your order. Please note that we cannot crane the cabin over obstacles like houses.

How long does it take to assemble a Gazebo or Pergola?
Assembly typically takes around 4-6 hours, though less experienced DIYers or installers might need a full day.
