MDF

Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product created by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wooden fibres. Mixing with wax and resin binders, it is shaped into panels under high temperature and pressure which gives it a higher density than plywood. MDF is very affordable and sturdy material that is used in construction as well as being able to be decorated directly.
