Tim Ebbatson, Kitchen & Bathroom Sales at Myers Building Supplies. Tim has worked in the industry for 15 years and highlighted to us a recent project that he had worked on in Holmfirth (famous for the long running TV show, Last of the Summer Wine).
We always stress from day one to our customers that we will advise and ensure all avenues have been considered but ultimately the final decisions are theirs. If that means more legwork for us, then that’s what we’ll do.
Typically, the journey begins with initial discussions on what the customer requires, before visiting their home to measure up. The key here is to ensure that the Kitchen or Bathroom design looks natural in the space. For this project the couple decided on the Chippendale Solo Gloss White range for their Kitchen, the Roper Rhodes range for their bathroom, before later committing to the Burlington range for their en-suite. After several meetings and presentations at our showroom, I presented the Kitchen and Bathroom designs before confirming the final details. At this stage the Kitchen and Bathroom components were ordered and delivered to site ready for installation.
From here it is over to the fitter to install and complete the project, however the couple were pleased to know that I was on hand through the entire process for general advice and enquiries.
The customers were kind enough to allow us to take photos of the finished installations and we were just as delighted as they were with the result.
